Send invoices in SPV simply and quickly
Starting with January 1, 2025, all companies in Romania will be required to send all invoices (B2G, B2B, B2C) to ANAF via SPV (Virtual Private Space). This requirement involves several technical challenges for entrepreneurs, such as converting electronic invoices into the standard format accepted by ANAF and sending them to the SPV server, accompanied by a valid digital signature.
This challenge is even greater as entrepreneurs already use other software solutions for issuing, approving and tracking invoices: an in-house built CRM or an external accounting program such as: Navision, SAP, ORACLE, etc.

EMAIL2SPV: If your application can export invoices in XML UBL2 format, you can use this module. Send the XML files to a Paycode.ro email address. SimpluSPV will automatically take them over, validate, electronically sign and send them to SPV. You will receive a daily report with details about the submissions.

FTP2SPV: Similar to EMAIL2SPV, this module automatically takes over the XML files sent to a Paycode.ro FTP server. After validation and electronic signing, the files are sent to SPV, and the daily report is sent to you by email.

API2SPV: If your application cannot generate UBL2 XML files, you can opt for this module. Send a secure request to the SimpluSPV server, and the system generates the necessary XML files and sends them to the SPV. All processes are carried out through the online platform SimpluSPV.ro.
